Events are a significant part of his impressive portfolio. From state occasions and large-scale concerts to intimate gatherings and networking events, Anthony’s expertise has been well-honed in many different contexts from hotels to museums. His particular skill? Attention to detail.

From looking after royal guests and ministers at the opening of the National Assembly of Wales in Cardiff, to media and sports personalities at the Six Nations Championship in Murrayfield, all customers are treated with respect with the ultimate goal of providing an excellent customer experience.

Recruitment and retention of staff will remain a challenge looking forward.  Ensuring staff are trained in costings, as well as understanding the importance of the customer are high priorities.

Being aware of seasonality, provenance, sustainability, affordability, and cost are core components of paving the way for a successful customer journey.
